Seems like Leonard's "girlfriend" in an alternative time horizon. I know that Sarah Rue had a guest spot but... it was the first real relationship that Leonard had (that lasted more than 1 episode) and could diverge the focus from the awkward sexual "tension" between him and Penny. Seems like such a waste :/
