Only because the new protection hasn't been broken yet. Unfortunately, there won't be a full patch until this protection is successfully reverse engineered. :)

which is why i said it's a shame it's not a "proper" version as opposed to saying it sucked :p

Any new version for the latest WLM9?

Since the release version of WLM 2009 = the Release Candidate version from December this version of A-Patch works just fine.

Oh but Messenger Plus is not compatible yet. A check on their forum tells that the official testers are testing the new build now. I shall wait a day or two more :)

Thanks Ahmz055! I get so annoyed by those ridiculous ad's - it's not like Microsoft really needs advertising money.

It looks like Patchou has released some new skin documentation (and he released a new Messenger Plus version) allowing you to decode and re-encode the UIB files, meaning, there can be a full A-Patch now! :)

Thanks for the headsup, downloading now ;)

Thanks for the patch.

But one question, does this new patch version (...8064.0206) break the "Show song information" feature?

It doesn't seem to work for iTunes nor WMP, or even MPC w/ plugin. It worked 'before' I applied the patch.

The previous version (8050) worked fine.

I don't know, I don't use/haven't tested that feature.
