Daily Sports in Japan reports that WWE has offered a contract to Pro Wrestling Noah star KENTA and that Noah will be doing a farewell show for him but that's likely a premature report. We noted before that KENTA was at the WWE Performance Center for a tryout this week.

WWE has been working on concepts for Sting t-shirts pushing the theme of calling him ?A Man Called Sting? since WCW trademarked the phrase and WWE owns the intellectual property rights to it. A memo came in to WWE?s merchandise department last week to start working on the ideas for Sting.

Seems they're still looking at signing Prince Devitt too.

Sky Sports this morning announced securing six long-term rights agreements, including a deal to extend their coverage of WWE programming on a five year deal starting in 2015. The statement in full read:

The new agreement with WWE, the worldwide leader in sports entertainment, includes the popular weekly programmes RAW?, SmackDown?, WWE Main Event?, and WWE Experience?, which is due to feature all the WWE superstars, including John Cena, Randy Orton, CM Punk, Big Show and Daniel Bryan.

Sky will also offer 12 special events a year on a pay-per-view basis, including WrestleMania?, Royal Rumble?, SummerSlam?, Survivor Series? and Money in the Bank?.

It is unclear, at this stage, whether this will impact on the WWE Network as and when it arrives in the UK. It should be said that there is no guarantee that any UK version of the network would carry pay per view events as will be the case in the US. Also, Sky usually offer a few select pay-per-view events "free" each year (to people who subscribe to Sky Sports) that statement suggests that from next year all shows might be exclusive to Sky Box Office.

Oh boy, that's gonna **** off a lot of people if Sky end up moving all the WWE events over to PPV.

Wait, Sky offered certain PPV's for free?

Why have i never heard of this? I thought they were all Box Office.

Yeah, they used to show half of them on Sky Sports for "free" (obviously you still have to subscribe to Sky Sports to see them) and the other half on Sky Box Office. This year, it's now just three free PPVs. And if the statement is to be believed, it's all going over to Box Office next year. :/

I was hoping BT Sport would come in and buy WWE rights :p

Would have been a good move. They already do a good job with the UFC events; get to see every single one and they're not PPV here. :)

Yeah I would like one day maybe BT to have a combat channel where they can show Boxing, MMA, Wrestling etc!

That is interesting. I've been a Sky sports subscriber for about 10 years. Never once did i know some of the PPV's were "free".

I remember the days when channel 4 had the rights to some of the PPV's. I still got those PPV's recorded on VHS in the attic.

This maintenance-focused release includes bug fixes, updated translations, and a range of safe enhancements. This release fixes a Windows security issue that could allow arbitrary file deletion during privileged cleaning (reported by Zeze with TeamT5). It also adds new cleaners (including a DNS cache cleaner, Claude Code, and Visual Studio Code forks), support for multiple Chrome and Edge profiles, new deep scan options for developer directories like node_modules and venv, and safer, faster file shredding. All Platforms Added cleaners for Claude Code, DNS cache, and many Visual Studio Code forks. Added support for multiple Chrome and Edge profiles. Chrome can now clean downloaded AI models. Deep Scan can optionally remove venv, __pycache__, node_modules, and .angular directories. Deep Scan is faster by skipping directories on the keep list. File shredding is safer, faster, and leaves fewer recoverable traces. Improved handling of cookies, symlinks, Unicode filenames, external processes, and configuration files. Improved Expert Mode warnings and long warning dialogs. Fixed crashes related to cleaner detection, invalid Unicode, and malformed cleaner data. Clipboard is now cleared automatically after shredding files via paste operations. Linux Added AppImage support. Fixed startup crashes when Python Requests is unavailable. Windows Fixed a security vulnerability that could allow arbitrary file deletion when cleaning with elevated privileges. Added %WindowsSystem% variable support. Improved clipboard clearing using native Windows APIs. Improved installer experience on unsupported Windows versions. Reduced installer size and improved application robustness. Fixed Unicode handling, filename anonymization, Git revision reporting, and splash screen stability. • DriversCloud 12.1.6 by Razvan Serea With DriversCloud (formerly My-Config.com), you can explore your computer easily, safely and free. The application quickly scans your PC and identifies the hardware and software components. DriversCloud then establishes a list of the different drivers compatible with your OS and hardware. Download the drivers needed for the proper functioning of your computer. To detect your drivers, DriversCloud also displays a detailed summary of your hardware and software configuration, analyzes your BSOD, monitors in real-time your PC voltages and temperatures and lets you share your configuration online. Once the hardware components have been detected, you will be able to obtain with just a few clicks the latest drivers corresponding to the identified hardware. You can record your configuration on the site for free, and can get the corresponding URL to post the configuration to technical forums, e-mail and social networks. You can also download the detection result (the configuration) as a PDF file. To protect the user's privacy and data confidentiality, a 4-level confidentiality system was created that filters the XML marks and gives control to the user. The default level can be modified in the preferences. Using the maximum level will prevent the user from publishing his configuration and generating a corresponding PDF file. In non-connected mode, each XML configuration is stored on the server for one day (for practical reasons). However, you are given the opportunity to manually delete it. Created in 2004, and continually improved, My-Config.com has established itself on the web as a free service to PC users running Windows and Linux operating systems. The service is designed to work with the most common Internet browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
