Just want to know the key that i got for this version from technet will work on the final version that will be released on 22rd october

You can only get a key if you had one for beta or RC. Can't generate one yet.

Yes, if you have generated a key from Technet, that will work for all retail versions of Windows 7, whether you download the version from technet or get the boxed copy in october (provided you've generated the right edition, eg Ultimate)

Yes you can get keys for Windows 7 RTM regardless of Beta and RC.
