I'm not sure what to think about him, as a Villa fan I feel that something needs to be done, but is it the manager or the squad he has? Dunne and Collins look like different players from last season, and it's clear we are conceding too many goals.

Houllier has not had a chance to bring in new players, but hopefully in January we will be able to bring in one or two new players, but the way the results are going he won't be there next week.

I'm not so sure about Malouda's goal being an offside. The initial replays were paused when the ball had already left Essien foot and after slowing the video down with VLC it's certainly not as blatant as it looked.

That's because you have your lines crossed. The line isn't where the Chelsea players sandwiching Ricketts (?) up top. It's more in line with the Bolton back four positioning. Easiest thing you could do is run a ruler across the screen.

To be honest I registered in the first place to comment on the newsbits but now I only visit the Sporting Arena :p
