This week's giveaway at the Epic Games Store is Among Us. It's a unique title with up to 10 players in casual local or online multiplayer, of whom one is an imposter that the others must identify.

As the Epic Mega Sale continues, Epic Games Store has put on offer Among Us to claim and keep for free this week, taking the place of NBA 2K21.

Among Us originally released in 2018 to a tame reception but gained massive popularity in 2020 due to its gameplay’s unique and casual simplicity. It supports up to 10 players in local and online multiplayer. Here’s how the Epic Games Store describes it:

Play with 4-10 players online or via local WiFi as you attempt to prepare your spaceship for departure, but beware as one or more random players among the Crew are Impostors bent on killing everyone!

Epic Games Store is offering Among Us for Windows. Here are the minimum requirements:

  • OS: Windows 7 SP1+
  • Processor: SSE2 instruction set support
  • Memory: 1 GB RAM
  • Storage: 250 MB available space
  • Direct X: Version 10
