Kevlar and cork will be used in Evutec's upcoming line of protective cases

Protective cases are being created with all different kinds of materials and although we have seen cork used before, Evutec's upcoming line of protective cases will differ, offering a Kevlar base.

Evutec is a company that prides itself on its ability to manufacturer cases for smartphones and tablets that go beyond the quality of its competitors. In 2016, Evutec will debut its new line of case products that will utilize cork, offering a unique look and means of protecting your devices.

While cork cases have hit the market before, a majority of companies tend to slap cork onto a plastic shell and call it a day. Evutec does things a bit differently by utilizing a Kevlar base and building on top of that platform with various materials. For those unfamiliar, Kevlar is a material that offers many benefits over plastic with the most important being its strength. Evutec's cork cases will be offered in variety of designs and different protection levels.

Although the new cork line won't be available to purchase immediately, the company expects to have them available within the coming months. For those curious about the company's other options, it does offer a variety of different cases with their Karbon and Wood series.
