While Dontnod Entertainment only had the Life is Strange spin-off title, The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, to show off during E3 earlier this month, now the studio has officially confirmed a full-fledged sequel for the episodic adventure series. The first teaser trailer can be seen above.
Simply titled Life is Strange 2, the first episode of this five-episode arc will arrive on September 27, 2018. While that is everything that the developer has revealed for now, according to the game's Twitter account, more details will be available in August.
Those who can't wait to jump into the new adventures of whoever we will be following this time, The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit launches completely free of charge on June 26, which is said to be setting up the upcoming sequel.
Pre-orders for Life is Strange 2 will go live on June 26 as well, with the game heading for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
