MagnoSoft DataTrack is an efficient, intuitive, and easy-to-use system designed to provide the best in work order and job management solutions.
The developer, aereux (me), has been given the opportunity to develop this Work Order management system for his school district as a result of their current one being outdated and obsolete.
Its primary intent is to manage incoming work orders submitted by the faculty, such as computer installations, repairs, and the like – although it can just as easily be used for a variety of other repair and installation-related fields. The setup, what's called the DataTrack System, is comprised of a client component, a server component, and a web component (there will eventually be a Pocket PC component).
