OnePlus tends to have a habit of shooting itself in the foot. It has become so commonplace, that we really aren't surprised anymore. The company recently put out a tweet asking followers what they thought was the best feature found on the OnePlus 6. As you can imagine, the responses were quite brutal.
Now, in order to understand why there is so much backlash to such a simple question, you'll have to travel back a couple weeks, when the firm announced that it would be killing the headphone jack on its upcoming OnePlus 6T. As a company that preaches to "never settle", this announcement didn't go down well with its audience, with many complaining about the move.
Since this decision received so much community pushback, it seems strange that OnePlus would ask a question that would undoubtedly stoke the flames.However, it just did. You can follow the stream of responses on Twitter, with many easily putting the headphone jack at the top of the list when it comes to their favorite feature. Unfortunately, OnePlus will most likely not change anything in the design of its upcoming flagship. That said, it might include a nice dongle.
