Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL owners can access a hidden drawing app

If you own Google's Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL, you can access an Easter egg, no not that boring one, but a new one, that will allow you to access a simple drawing app for sketching or to jot down notes.

For years Google has been sneaking in little Easter eggs into its Android OS, giving users an unexpected surprise if they know where to look for it. Although the Easter egg for Android 9.0 Pie was a bit underwhelming, giving users a psychedelic "P" logo, it appears that Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL owners will get something a bit more fun and useful.

Those that own the above devices can tap away at the version number of Android found in the "About" menu in "Settings", and after a few taps will be presented with the aforementioned P logo. But by being persistent and tapping it a few more times, users will be able to bring up a simple drawing app, that will allow you to sketch.

As you can probably assume since this is an Easter egg, the features of the drawing app aren't all that robust - but it's a nice thing to discover and play around with. If you aren't able to access it, you're not really missing much, but be thankful that you can still access Google's hidden Flappy Bird game.
