Windows 10 will have four patches released on Tuesday

On Tuesday of next week, Microsoft will push out four patches that will apply to the Windows 10 technical preview and it is advised that you install these items to keep your machine secure.

The second Tuesday of every month, Microsoft releases patches for its various pieces of software. This upcoming Tuesday is no different and there will be four patches for Windows 10 users. In total, there are 16 patches being pushed out with five of them being marked as critical.

For those of you on Windows 10, the patches will be applied like any other version of Windows and you will be able to obtain the patches through Windows Update.

With the patches, Microsoft will also be pushing out updated versions of Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool on Windows Update, Microsoft Update, Windows Server Update Services, and the Download Center. In short, this patch Tuesday will be pushing down a lot of content to your local machine.

These updates are designed to help keep your machine secure as they patch bugs that could allow malicious software or users access your device.
