You can now save almost $250 on a Core i7 Surface 3 Pro bundle with Type Cover

Costco is offering a deal which will allow you to save almost $250 off the official Microsoft Store pricing of the Surface Pro 3 with Intel Core i7 processor, along with a Type Cover 3 keyboard.

If you are looking to upgrade or purchase the Surface Pro 3 anytime soon, then Costco has a great deal that runs until the first week of May, providing you are a registered member of the online outlet.

You can pick up the 256 GB Core i7 version of the Surface Pro 3 with a $200 "manufacturing discount", but with a black Type Cover and Office 365 'Personal' one year subscription thrown in. This puts the price at $1499 with a saving of $249.98 all told, compared to the official Microsoft Store pricing when bundled with the Type Cover and Office 365 sub.

Included in the Costco bundle is a Surface Pen, Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Windows 8.1 pre-loaded. You can also check out our review of the Surface Pro 3 here, which was launched in May of last year.

However, you may not want to take too long to make a decision if you are planning to pick one up, as the deal is limited "while supplies last" which could mean they run out of units before the end of the month.
