That was one of the problems. Was the "MT" since I joined the guild and since xpac was released I was tossed aside for all the officers who re-rolled tanks could and what not. Rather not be raiding if all I'm going to do is sit outside.

So off to find another guild or start one (I got asked that frequently) and continue raiding I guess. And I know I'll probally have to sit out and earn my spot in-said new guild, which I'm fine with. Problem was already proving my spot and still getting tossed aside for lesser geared/skilled players, that's just not cool.

After weeks of thinking and bitching and moaning about it, gquit my guild. Now I'm guildless and chillin. :p

If your horde and you'd like to come to a PVE server, Blood of the Ancients (the guild I started) is like a very small disfunctional family.. and we all love each other a lot...

I just gave everyone promotions for Christmas and promoted two more people up to officer. :)

We're on the oldest server around. Bronzebeard.

had a few friends on that server but they transferred to mine a while ago.

sorry but im still a n00bie of WoW, but how did you make your screen like that?

He is using a ton of different mods to do that.

Your best bet is to check out WOW Interface or Curse both of those sites are a great start.. Look for Compilations & Suites, which is basically an all in one that has 90% of the mods you will need all bundled into one download, and even set up already for you with minimal setup on your side.

Caith UI is what I use, modded to my liking and it's great.

I must say, I have been super impressed with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion. So far I think the changes have made WoW a lot funner to play than BC was. I was worried, while leveling, that the heroics and the raids would be too easy and thus boring. The heroic instance progression and raid progression is what I hoped for and an adequate challenge. I was worried after the 3.0 patch made all of BC content super easy that they were going to screw up the expansion, but I'm glad to see that wasn't the case at all.

Recent accomplishments:

* Guild has cleared all of Naxx. I've only cleared 2 quarters (last night was my first run).

* I got my bronze drake from H Strat timer :D

* I got my tanking sword from H UP!

I keep hearing a rumor that soon we will be able to change our spec between two different ones. I hope so. That sounds like a great idea. It will make it a lot easier to find healers and it will be fun for me to play healer again. For now, however, I'm enjoying tanking except that it is difficult to get into Naxx runs because everyone has such high expectations of you.

While getting my explorer title I was also really impressed with the landscapes and architecture. Icecrown is AMAZING! The best way I could put it is as a more developed, frozen, Mordor. Lord of the rings of Warcraft? :D

Very nice.

LOl kara .... what wotlk is out ROFL

ps do you have tp post about every freaking step about your play time ?

Is posting validity determined at your discretion (Spork)?

Ps. Him posting about his gear or any update for that matter contribute to the thread more than your grammar slaughtered posts ever could.

Just downed archavon in heroic for the first time. I'm liking the change (dps instead of healing).

[Dreamstate] + [intensity] is an unreal combo. I never went below 90% mana in that fight (also 2% mana back after every crit as well)

All warrior stuff dropped though :( oh well, maybe next time.

Build if anyone was wondering

    • Are they marketed as an entry into astronomy or astrophotography? I do astrophotography. With big rigs, lots of computers, cables and headaches. I love it. And by learning this ridiculously complex hobby, I’ve learned about the objects I’m shooting. Astronomy followed from photography.
    • Microsoft confirms Recycle Bin bug across all versions of Windows by Usama Jawad A couple of days ago, we reported that the latest Patch Tuesday update has seemingly resulted in a lot of issues for many users, including OneDrive and Dropbox access problems, BitLocker recovery lockouts, and BSODs. Although Microsoft is yet to acknowledge these bugs, it has confirmed another, relatively smaller issue across all supported versions of Windows. In an update on its Windows Release Health Dashboard, Microsoft has confirmed that after installing June's Patch Tuesday update (KB5094126), you'll experience unexpected behavior when leveraging Recycle Bin. Basically, when you attempt to delete an item from the Recycle Bin, the confirm dialog will show you the internal file name of that content rather than the actual name. For example, the file may be named abc.png, but the confirm dialog will ask if you're sure that you want to permanently delete $Rxxxxx.png from the Recycle Bin. This is pretty much it for the scope of the bug itself; it just displays the wrong name in the confirm dialog. The correct name will be shown in the list view of the Recycle Bin and if you restore the file, it will return with the correct name as well. This issue affects pretty much all supported versions of Windows client and server, including: Client: Windows 11, version 26H1; Windows 11, version 25H2; Windows 11, version 24H2; Windows 11, version 23H2; Windows 10, version 22H2; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 Server: Windows Server 2025; Windows Server 2022; Windows Server 2019; Windows Server 2016; Windows Server 2012 R2; Windows Server 2012 As things currently stand, Microsoft is working on a concrete solution that will be released in a "future" Windows update. It remains to be seen if the firm will wait till the next Patch Tuesday or roll out an out-of-band (OOB) fix. The good news is that commercial customers can deploy a workaround right now, but they will have to reach out to Microsoft Support for Business for additional details.
    • They said by this time everyone will have flying cars. WELL...
    • A study by physicist Henry Tye of Cornell University suggests that the universe may not expand forever. Instead, it could eventually stop expanding, begin contracting and end in a "Big Crunch" roughly 20 billion years from now. Maybe not as we now know that time can flow backwards.
    • Of course. Simply reverse the polarity.
