Yes, many have taken offense to many things, but when the post is specifically designed to make people take offense to it, it becomes extremely immature.

I believe in the God of Abraham, the God of Moses, the Father of Jesus Christ, Lord and Savior.

I believe in the Ten Commandments and the Sermon on the Mount.

I believe John 3:16.

I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Unlike most people here, I'm over 14, don't put "Bed Head" in my hair, bolts in my nose or tongue, tattoos on my body. And unlike most, I have actually read the Bible and studied it's history. I know where the information came from. The Dead Sea Scrolls and various Codexes were not made up by men to control people and instill fear in them. These documents are thousands of years old and tell a history of a people and history of civilization.

Matthew 5:11

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me."

John 20:29

Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

Well, what reason is there to believe in a God exactly..?

That is a tough question honestly, the best reason comes only after you open yourself to Him and that is feeling His presence. As far as why else, well how else can you explain the things that have happened in your life and others? Chance?

That's pretty much what it is. We get lucky and we believe it's a miracle by God... doesn't work for me.

Well, I don't see how you can be satisfied with a scientific explanation either then. Just because someone tells you we evolved from a single cell we believe this, though we cannot feel it, we are simply told this.

Atheists are pathetic.

Look around and think!

Is life and everything on earth an illusion!

I feel sorry for all non belivers, yes!

They are not necessarily pathetic, simply not blessed enough to have felt God the way some have, and haven't opened themselves up enough to feel Him. Take a few steps back and look at Christianity through their perspecitve for a moment and I think you will see their point in a different light.

But the fact that we were evolved from a single cell makes more sense than an all-powerful god that spawns 2 human beings, to me at least.

The Adam & Eve theory can't exist because in the bible they're both white. If they were both while, how did African-Americans come, what about Chinese and Japanese, Spaniards?

why was this topic started in the first place as so many has before which all have ended unpleasantly. We all know neither of the sides are going to back down from their beliefs, why continue?

It ends upleasently only because immature people make it do so. We continue because, while futile, we want to make our points heard, and dispute others points. It gives us the opportunity to take in new ideas, even if they aren't radically different from those we already have accepted.

It can be simply explained. Adaptations over a long period of time caused the African Americans to have darker skin. Its different from evolution in the sense that a new species does not result.

I agree. Man, I'm not meaning any disrespect to you or any religious believers at all. I respect what they believe in. I just can't see how God can exist when I've never seen him. I'm the type of person who believes on in what he sees... so many things that say God doesn't exist make more sense to me than the things that say he does.

An excellent argument. I'd like to see Christians justify this.

BY THE WAY, the reason why there is nothing to do with race in the bible is becuase the person who wrote the bible only believe that there was one. Yes.

You can ofcourse belive what you want!

Maybe you will experiance something in your life,an odd situation that will make you think about everything around you.

I was one of those,God? no way,everything started with a big bang,yes.

Im sure there was a bang when God created earth and everything in it.

Yes,some things in the bible should be questioned and researeched to separate fact from fiction.

You really feel different when you know that god or Jesus has touched you.I cant describe the feeling.

    • I know an idiot at work who is "Director for innovation projects" and inevitably has been tasked with following up on this whole trend of "AI and its work applicability". He recently sent out a survey on the topic, for the workforce to disclose their usage and attitudes towards AI. The survey was badly, sloppily typed out, the questions and answers (when multiple choices) were loosely correlated and, all and all, it would already be miserable in the times of MS Office Autocorrect alone. Then, I had AI responding to it all (on the open-ended questions) with beautiful, to-the-point prose after I provided it with minor but proper guidance, taking me under 10 minutes. All this to say that I am sure that if AI comes to replace someone, it will still be me, and the other idiot will still stay.
    • Man, the memories.
    • Call me when you can say, "Find all duplicate rows with duplicate email addresses and move the duplicate rows to a new sheet", and Copilot can execute that and not give you VBScript to write to do it. If anyone thinks AI isn't in its infancy and the bubble is about to burst, try to do anything meaningful in Excel with Copilot and you will realize AI hasn't even made it to kindergarten in most use cases yet.
    • I have installed all their components from store.rg-adguard.net. I encountered an unusual issue with Microsoft Edge that I installed manually. When I disable “Shadows under windows” in the Windows performance settings, the menus in Edge display sharp corners instead of rounded ones. I don't think the problem is related to a debloated version of Windows, as I experienced the same issue on a standard Windows machine in the past.
    • "AI has just arrived, how is it possible they're already losing jobs?” Huang said." Hey idiot. It's called these stupid companies spending too much on your AI ###### and having to layoff employees to cover the cost.
