OT: I suggest this be closed cuz its problably gonna get VERY ugly. The verdict has (sadly) been stated and there aint nothing else to discuss. Leave the "MJ - Guilty or Not Guilty?" topic to RWI where people can just let everything out :p

Anyways Im off to sleep. Very disapointing verdict and I sure hope that he gets accused again with enough evidence and is given jail time. Hell, if he could record songs in jail and release them it would be great. That lets us have the good side of MJ not the <<thoughts not written to avoid warning level raising even more>>

I'm not going to argue, but this is a prime example of how out of control our legal system is in the U.S...

I am extremely disappointed in the verdict...

Or is it a prime example of how strong our legal system is to know that people are just going after peoples money?

Exactly. As much as I think Jackson is completely messed up in the head, he is not harmful to anyone. This was just a clear case of people out for money - all the evidence shows that the accusing family have consistently lied, even in court before.

Because I have a strong opinion on this case, and I'm going to voice and debate with people who oppose it ;).

My thoughts exactly.

I believe the family said they would not settle the case from day 1. So - I don't know how anyone can say they were after money.

If anything, I'd say this is an example of "if you have enough money - you're above the law".
