One big reason that Apple computers are more expensive than Windows computers is because they include alot of good applications already in the operating system, such as Garageband, PhotoBooth (iMac G5), Front Row (iMac G5), and lots of other stuff.

Power Mac is looking good. Holy mother... the Power Mac can have up to 16 GB of DDR2 memory. :blink:

That DDR2 is just so Apple can brag about it. The G4 processor's FSB is so slow that DDR2 memory is just overkill. DDR memory was already too fast for that thing. Still, the 15" PowerBook is an awesome machine now, but I'm gonna wait for an Intel-based version before I return to the Mac-platform.

Well, I'm really glad I bought a 12" PowerBook months back because it would have done me no good to wait. Very pleased with the purchase ... best I've made computing wise.

Updated Power Macs and a bit of software for RAW files called Aperture amongst other things I think.
