You better believe that... Vince was on fire tonight.... USC seamed out of rythm... maybe jus tme..... maybe alcohoolll...... :x

Maybe they just got beat.

btw, you're from marietta? i'm from sistersville, hour north of parkersburgh. mom works in marietta. HATE the stop lights!!!

That was an awesome game. Good offensive scoring on both sides. I was a bit shocked at the end with Matt Leinarts arrogant comment "We are a better team and they got lucky". I'm sorry but Leinart and the USC offense played well and yet he couldn't be humble enough to say something like "We played well but Texas played just a little better". This totally blew my image of him. Even Pete Carrol was able to say Texas played well.

Anyway, I won $ 120.00, not just picking Texas but predicting the closest score, I picked Texas over USC 42-37, with the final being Texas 41-38.

I can't believe Leinart said such a thing after the game. Mack Brown took his time to nationally congratulate USC and ask for a round of applause during the trophy presentation and he says such an ignorant comment. That is why I hate USC.

Go Huskers and the Big 12!

No kidding, I've been having to stay up late to catch the end of these games, haha.

Congratulations to Texas and welcome to the Crystal Ball Club. I really despised all that hype about how USC was clearly the best team ever and how Reggie Bush could have toppled the Nazis all by himself and all that jazz. We really never would have heard the end of it if USC won. Oh yeah, congrats Trojans on your one championship last year.

Vince young was unreal. He looked like a man among boys.

And, I give leinart a little slack on his comments. I mean, it is a pretty emotional game. I think if you asked him that at the press conference, you'd get a little more class. I dont agree with the press on the field like that.

This is the guy who voted for his teamate to win the heisman instead of himself.

at first the one ref said it was an incomplete pass because he was out of bounds ...then he put it under review

The onfield officials cannot put a play under review. It has to come from the booth officials.

As for USC referee bias, I guess you missed the UT touchdown where the guys knee was clearly down a few yards short of the endzone, but they gave it to him anyways.

I'd say that the officials in the first half (field and booth) were equally, beneficially impotent for both teams.

Thinking back on this game, I have to totally question Pete Carroll's ability to coach.

I mean, think about it. Who is the one guy you need to stop? Vince Young. They do this one thing in the pros when you are against a very mobile QB...called "police", where you stick a LB in there and his only job is to watch and basically shadow the QB.

Where was that the entire game?

You can't tell me that with 19 seconds to go, 4th and 5 you don't stick someone on Young. Let him beat you with his arm....the weak spot in his game.

But no. He rumbles on untouched into the end zone.....untouched and without anyone remotely close to even make an attempt.

What the heck were you thinking, Pete?

Granted, I really wanted Texas to win....but you really have to wonder what was going on in that coach's head.

Either way I really didn't care who won, but Sam Baker, Frostee Rucker, and Chris Baird all went to my highschool when I was there; so I couldn't help but root for them personally to have a good game. But to me College football isn't all that fun to watch usually, this game was an exception though. USC needed to loose so all the bandwagoner's could go find a new team to root for. I don't really care for the QB's that look for the run and pass as a resort, I'm the other way around. Vince Young is dominant, but I don't see him being that dominant if he goes pro.

dude i don't know if the coach can really make a difference. you know pete had his guys prepped for that. heck, this years rose bowl wasn't all that exciting when you realize it was a carbon copy of last years rose bowl. vince did the exact same thing to michigan. we had spies, we had police, it didn't matter. it's not a fluke, and it's not just one coach. teams need to approach him differently. you don't want guys rushing too fast, too far up the field. you WANT to make vince run left as much as possible. honestly, i don't even know if there's a way to stop someone like him. you need to play zone, so your DBs can watch the QB. but if vince thinks about running, you can't even commit them right away cuz he'll just lob it over their heads to the wide open guy. so tough to stop...

yeah but see the difference is that Vick sucks...

yeah but see the difference is that Vick sucks...

It's really funny to watch you TOOL compare a college QB to a NFL vet. You guys must really be desperate to justify Vick's lack of performance

Reasons?

1. Young is a taller, slower version of Vick

2. Not strong enough to break NFL tackles. Big difference between pros and college

3. Isn't as accurate as many may think. Most of his passes hit his target last night when they were standing still, wide open.

4. He isn't in the pros. Vick is.

while young's performance was outstanding.. it's hard to say how good young will be as a passer in the nfl.. vick led the ncaa's in passing efficiency too, but obviously that hasn't transfered over to the NFL.. and vick is not a failure, i expect vick to eventually be a top 5 qb, and i think it might think vince a few years but he'll be a good one too..

yeah but see the difference is that Vick sucks...

You need to turn the computer off and get some fresh air :p

When your best reciever is "Roddy White" your already in trouble...Without Vick the falcons are a crap team with a losing record. If he does it though the air or on the ground doesn't matter. The position of QB is simple...LEAD your team to VICTORIES. He does just that....I think they said on "The Herd" the other day his win/loss record is among the highest in the NFL...

Young's runs last night hardly showed his speed. He can be fast when he wants to be, but if you're just basing all of this off of last night's performance then you need to look harder at Vince Young before you start knocking him. He may not be muscle-bound, but I can promise you he's a strong runner and can break tackles. As far as accuracy -- yes, a lot of his passes were when people were wide-open. We'll have to see how accurate he really is, but he does have quite an arm.

    • OpenAI is rolling out a major upgrade to ChatGPT memory by Pradeep Viswanathan OpenAI is rolling out a major upgrade to ChatGPT's memory, making the system more capable, current, and scalable across long-term use. Memory allows ChatGPT to remember useful details about users, including their preferences, projects, and constraints. Instead of starting every conversation from scratch, ChatGPT can use this context to provide more relevant responses in future chats. OpenAI first launched saved memories in February 2024. That feature allowed users to explicitly ask ChatGPT to save information into its memory, such as travel plans or writing preferences. However, this system had limits because it depended heavily on users giving clear instructions to remember something. Additionally, saved memories could become stale over time. In April 2025, OpenAI expanded memory by allowing ChatGPT to reference past chat context outside the saved memories list. This was powered by a background process called “dreaming,” which automatically curates memories from chat history. This made ChatGPT better at learning from natural conversation without requiring users to manually save every detail. Today, OpenAI announced a more capable and compute-efficient memory architecture built on top of dreaming. This new system improves ChatGPT’s ability to carry forward useful context, follow user preferences, and remain accurate as time passes. According to OpenAI’s internal evaluations, the new system improves factual recall from 67.9% in 2025 to 82.8% in 2026. Preference adherence improves from 55.3% to 71.3%, while accuracy over time improves from 52.2% to 75.1%. The best part of this new system is a new memory summary page where users can review ChatGPT's memories. Users can even update details, correct information, or give instructions on what topics ChatGPT should bring up and when. This new, improved memory system is available to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users in the US starting today. It will roll out to more countries, as well as Free and Go users, in the coming weeks.
    • I work for a video production company in Australia. The camera operators shoot footage and then pass the SD card over to the editors. Much easier than handing over the entire camera. Plus, on a busy day you can hand off the SD card and then pop another in for the next shoot. Or, you might have used multiple SD cards because you need the extra space for a long shoot. I also use USB cables and wifi for transferring footage, but in many cases an SD card reader is the easiest method.

Microsoft Edge security and privacy features such as Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, Password Monitor, InPrivate search, and Kids Mode help keep you and your loved ones protected and secure online. Microsoft Edge has features to keep both you and your family protected. Enable content filters and access activity reports with your Microsoft Family Safety account and experience a kid-friendly web with Kids Mode. The new Microsoft Edge is now compatible with your favorite extensions, so it’s easy to personalize your browsing experience. Microsoft Edge 149.0.4022.52 changelog: Migration to improved V2 architecture for Workspaces. Workspaces, introduced in Edge in 2022, allows users to create durable sets of tabs that can be saved and shared with others. In order to improve reliability and performance of this feature, the following changes are being made: Migrating data for saved Workspaces from OneDrive/SharePoint to Edge Sync service Removing the collaboration/share functionality of this feature For organizations who have disabled Sync through policy, the existing v1 Workspace data will still be migrated to the new architecture. New v2 Workspaces created after migration won't sync across devices and will remain local to each device. This update occurs on a progressive rollout beginning in Edge Stable v145 and will continue rolling out in Edge v149. For more information, see Getting started with Microsoft Edge Workspaces. Feature Updates Passkey Sync for Enterprise Users. Microsoft Edge is introducing support for passkey synchronization for enterprise users, enabling secure, passwordless authentication across devices. Passkeys created in Edge can now be synced seamlessly, improving sign-in experience while maintaining strong security standards. Note: This is a controlled feature rollout. If you don't see this change, check back as we continue the rollout. Enterprise WebView2 runtime downgrade via DowngradeVersion policy. Administrators can temporarily roll back specific applications to a previous WebView2 Evergreen Runtime version (N-1 or N-2) using the new DowngradeVersion policy in msedgewebview2.admx. The Downgrade Version policy allows enterprises to mitigate critical regressions by specifying per-application exe-to-version mappings. The Edge Updater installs the target version side-by-side, and the WebView2 Loader redirects targeted apps accordingly. Downgrades auto-expire with each new WebView2 release: apps pinned to N-1 remain on the same version (now becoming N-2) and will auto-update in the next release, while apps pinned to N-2 will revert to the current Evergreen version. The policy applies only to enterprise-managed devices (domain-joined or MDM-enrolled). For more information, see Microsoft Edge WebView2 Policy Documentation | Microsoft Learn. Collections retirement. Collections has been removed in this update. Users can no longer access or use the feature. To keep saved content, users can export it, or move all pages to Favorites before updating to Microsoft Edge Stable 149. For more information, see Organize your ideas with Collections in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Support. Modern, unified, and updated Look and Feel. Microsoft Edge has updated the Look and Feel to give customers a unified experience across all of Microsoft AI surfaces including Copilot and Bing. This changes multiple elements of the UX such as spacing, corners, fonts, default colors, etc. Clarify choices surrounding third-party cookie settings. Language under Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies are clarified to better describe the choices users have in managing third-party cookies. Custom primary password retirement. Users are no longer able to create a new custom primary password in Edge Settings edge://settings/autofill/passwords/settings. Any users who are still using a custom primary password will be automatically migrated to device authentication. Additionally, the PrimaryPasswordSetting policy will no longer support the WithCustomPrimaryPassword option. For more information, see Keep your saved passwords private in Microsoft Edge | Microsoft Support. Unifying Copilot Chat policy controls. The Microsoft365CopilotChatIconEnabled policy is the standard for configuring Copilot Chat. Previously, this behavior was controlled by blocking the Copilot extension, either explicitly or by using the * wildcard via the ExtensionSettings or ExtensionInstallBlockList policies. Extension and sidebar policies no longer affect the appearance or functionality of Copilot Chat. Copilot address bar suggestions were also tied to extension policy settings. Starting in Microsoft Edge version 149, admins can use the CopilotAddressBarSuggestionsEnabled policy to manage this behavior. Intune MAM Protected Downloads. The protected downloads feature for Intune MAM is now available for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) devices, which aren't managed by a tenant. Policy Updates / New policies CopilotAddressBarSuggestionsEnabled - Enable Copilot address bar suggestions CpuPerformanceTierOverride - Override for the CPU performance tier DataUrlInWebWorkerOpaqueOriginEnabled - Enable opaque origins for data URLs in Web Workers DefaultLocalFontsSetting - Default Local Fonts permission setting ForceForegroundPriorityForUrls - Force foreground priority for specific URLs LocalFontsAllowedForUrls - Allow Local Fonts permission on these sites LocalFontsBlockedForUrls - Block Local Fonts permission on these sites Deprecated policies WalletDonationEnabled - Wallet Donation Enabled (deprecated) EdgeWalletEtreeEnabled - Edge Wallet E-Tree Enabled (deprecated) Additional policy changes ForceForegroundPriorityForUrls - ForceForegroundPriorityForOrigins is renamed to ForceForegroundPriorityForUrls OnSecurityEventEnterpriseConnector - Add macOS platform support ProtectedContentIdentifiersAllowed - Remove macOS platform support Download: Microsoft Edge (64-bit) | 193.0 MB (Freeware) Download: Microsoft Edge (32-bit) | 170.0 MB Download: Microsoft Edge (ARM64) | 188.0 MB View: Microsoft Edge Website | Release History Get alerted to all of our Software updates on Twitter at @NeowinSoftware
