Was a great corner, and a good goal by the Italians. Great way for him to redeem himself for giving away the penalty.

does anybody have a replay of that? i don't think the dude was even touched. this world cup has turned into a joke, it's completely tainted. glad to see italy tie this one up. although it's hard to win when you're playing 11 on 12.

Not sure on the penalty, did look it but the replays didn't show any initial contact!

After seeing the replays I think it was a penalty, but the contact was accidental :/.

I understand why everyone is here complaining about the penalty, however, if you look at the replay, two Italian players sandwiched the French attacker when he was just about to get ready to square up and shoot the ball on the run. What is the referee suppose to think? He is behind the play and he sees two Italian players going full force into a French player. Its easy to say it was or it wasn't, but we aren't the referee's in the field following the play from yards out.

exactly why they need to change something or add another ref. totally botched call. but they did make up for it in the 2nd half.

wow france played much better in the second half! I hope they will play like that for another 30 mins. i am actualyl quite glad refereee didnt called that penalty..hence now we have more game to watch :D
