ok, let's talk again once we're both re-acquainted with the controls and stuff. any good achieves?

He was a real old greek man, I feel sorry looking back on things. But hey, I was a 8 year old juvie.

Is is VERY difficult.

But some of the achievements are a little easy. I got 4 of them within 30 minutes :s

Same here with the achievements. Some of them are a joke they are so easy. I did get the "Fast Rider" one or however they word it though... Deliver to 5 customers in less than 60 seconds without dying, which sounds way easier than it actually is, it took me about a half an hour to finally get that.

as for paperboy, it'll take some learning but yes, got three achieves in the first ten minutes. i suspect the others will be somewhat harder to obtain..

it doesn't look like the arcade version, but it could be just me expecting a 360 shown on a modern LCD to look like a PCB on a 19 inch CRT screen. however, i'd say it looks like a PC version of the arcade, you know like an early VGA title.

It's so frustrating.

Did you ever figure out how to do this? Does it have to be between the both of you or 30 on your own?

Me and my friend last night were playing, had this great idea to only Deliver to one house on Monday so we lost most of them, so Tuesday would be the day to do it, and although we swore between the both of us we got 30 windows more than once, we never got the achievement. It also turns out if you just get one house on Monday, the game will give you some more on Tuesday, however it will not for Weds, so weds seems to be the day to do it (although then all of the windows you broke from Monday and Tuesday are boarded up!!)

You know you might be right about the graphics. It is hard to say because it has been so long since I have seen the actual Arcade cabinet, so I may very well be comparing it to the later versions that came out as they became standard to me.

I have 7 or 8 out of 12 achievements after 1 day of purchase. There is only 1/2 of the ones left that I think I'd have some difficulty achieving.

The game is really fun, but I'm disapointed with the achievement targets.

However, I did win a Paperboy gamer pic! :D

You need to smash 30 windows by yourself in a single day. The guy I was playing with managed to pull it off, but I just got annoyed as I kept riding into mailboxes and shrubs due to the fact that I was going so slow.

Yeah I found that too. If your house count drops below a certain number, then some re-subscribe. You also get re-subscribers should you do a perfect delivery after losing missing some houses.

I forgot which achievement I unlocked to get the pic, but it's nice.

damn... i am never going to be able to break 30 windows on my own..... DL for the gamer pic.. it must be the achievement that i got and you dont have yet because i know i got the message about the gamerpic.... which in this case its the Perfect Aim ....

I can confirm it is the perfect aim for the gamer pic, as I got it earlier today.

And no way in hell can I break 30 windows on my own, just no way I see it is possible.

I saw that and I almost cried. EA desacrated another of the franchise of Origin.

Nope, you had Wing Commander Academy which was a space flight combat simulator construction set: namely, select your ship, select the oposition and try to win the odds.

You had Wing Commander Armada after which was sort of half combat simulator/ half resource management game.

Wing Commander Arena does not like anything that was a Wing Commander released.

Damn, I miss these games ... :cry:

      I am currently using a 4tb stick in combination with a 4tb 9100 Pro. It's only been six months since I bought them but the 990 has already dropped 1% health. Fingers crossed it doesn't go any lower.

      But it opens the floodgates to anyone who gets a refund instead of a replacement (since refund will buy you a 1/3rd of the capacity it did years ago)

      He has planned to file a lawsuit in small claims court so it'll only be a $1000 lesson assuming he wins. That's likely a fraction of what Samsung spends on toilet paper on a daily basis.

      Windows Server gets DNS over HTTPS (DoH) support by Usama Jawad For the past few months, Microsoft has been previewing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) for Windows DNS Server, touting it as a foundational upgrade for zero-trust enterprise networks. It essentially introduces encrypted, authenticated DNS for the networks rather than transmitting DNS traffic in clear. Now, the company has introduced the general availability (GA) of this feature. The GA of DoH encourages organizations to deploy the solution in production environments without implementing a new client-to-resolver architecture. DoH helps improve the overall security of the network and reduces the risk of spoofing due to its zero-trust design. This is a significant change because pretty much every interaction with the network requires interfacing with DNS. DoH offers several advantages over standard DNS traffic, such as encryption using HTTPS, preventing unauthorized inspection, man-in-the-middle attacks, and traffic analysis. Since it leverages TLS certificates so that clients can verify the identity of the DNS server, it prevents spoofing through this authentication mechanism. Additionally, it's built on the DoH standard defined by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), which means that it should work with modern RFC 8484-compliant clients. Finally, it integrates into the existing network architecture seamlessly and can even run in parallel with standard DNS, so that customers can migrate to the new technology at their own pace. Microsoft says that in the past few months of preview, DoH has become more stable, and customers can confidently deploy it in production environments with proper guidance. Microsoft has emphasized that migrating to DoH is necessary for organizations that are moving toward zero-trust DNS solutions. Windows clients already support DoH, but the latest availability on Windows Server provides encrypted DNS to all endpoints.
