Simply AWESOME. Can't wait for the final.

I feel sorry for people that tried to make Vista skins for WLM...

Looks a little better, but still doesn't look as good as the new Yahoo Messenger will look

Haha, there's not one version where they don't change the GUI, right?

I can't wait until they actually make the Mac Messenger valuable... I'm really sick of it.

Without Webcam nor Audio, nor handwriting, nor nudges and with insanely slow file transfers (I read that the mac version uses really old file transfer protocols or something...), it's not really valuable to me.

Are they accepting or taking in Beta testers or they going to release it whenever they feel like it? Any release dates? I'm fine with 8.1 on Vista Home Prem

Are they accepting or taking in Beta testers

No. A beta program hasn't started yet.

Neat that it leaked so early.

Sucks that it won't install on my machine (XP 32Bit SP2.....I'm not the only one it seems).

Oh well when the actual beta does come along, I'll be in it to bug find like crazy.

Installer is 18 MB,much bigger

Woah!

I'll stick to 7.5 then.

Why couldn't they make it modular like Winamp?

^ The survey for that is very broad. I'm not sure if it will really be for 8.5, I think they'll just invite previous wlm beta people like they always do.

Looks nice. Waiting for the A-Patch anxiously :D

Oh, and why can't they add Tab Conversations from the start? Now I have to wait for Messenger Live Plus! to do all the work.
