Why don't they make it so that race fuel is determined by what you start with in Q3 instead of what you finish with?

Just a thought.

That's what they did last year. What happened was that the drivers just went round burning off as much fuel as possible in order to make the car as light as possible to qualify with. They were credited back the amount of fuel they would have burned in the laps. Both boring and a waste of fuel.

I wonder Ferrari will fire Massa during the season or after. :D

since 2006 i dont like raikkonen anymore. and what happened in 2007 turned me away from alonso. (i never really liked hamilton).

and all 3 are quite arrogant. i really hope massa can win the title today. he would deserve it.

FIA to tweak qualifying for Bahrain

McLaren's drivers during qualifying in MalaysiaThe FIA is to revise the rules for qualifying in time for the Bahrain Grand Prix in a bid to ensure there is no repeat of the controversy that marred the session in Malaysia, autosport.com has learned.

In Sepang, a quirk in the current regulations meant that several drivers were touring slowly back to the pits in a bid to conserve fuel while other drivers were on their final qualifying laps.

 Good move. It was definitely not right to have all those cars going so slowly, regardless of position on the racing line. It was an accident waiting to happen - slow cars have to cross the line at corners and there is no guarantee that a fast car won't run wide off the line into a slow off-line car.

Formula One boss Max Mosley 'exposed as sadomasochist in Nazi orgy with five prostitutes'

Formula One motor racing chief Max Mosley has been embroiled in a sensational sex scandal after footage that reportedly shows him taking part in a Nazi-style sex orgy with up to five hookers surfaced.

A video reportedly shows Mosley - the son of British World War 2 fascist Sir Oswald Mosley, a friend of Adolf Hitler - giving orders in German as he lashes girls wearing mock death camp uniforms and is himself whipped until he bleeds.

The video shows him alternating between masochist and sadist, first obeying orders and then doling out punishment in German, and having sex with his "victims".

...

Yea, this is way too funny and weird. I'd like to see Mad Max to resign too.

But Bernie thinks otherwise:

Mr Ecclestone said that he was shocked by the allegations but did not expect Mr Mosley?s position to be affected. ?I?ve known him an awful long time. If somebody had told me this without the evidence I would have found it difficult to believe,? he said.

?Assuming it?s all true, what people do privately is up to them. I don?t honestly believe [it] affects the sport in any way. Knowing Max it might be all a bit of a joke. You know, it?s one of those things where he?s sort of taking the p***, rather than anything against Jewish people.?

You're right. I forgot they did that the last couple of years. Although I didn't find qualifiers particularly boring last season to be honest. Or maybe I don't find this year's Qer much more exciting. And to be honest, I'd rather have cars set their best laps than have them run into traffic and ruin their grid position

I hope the engine on Hamilton's car is fine, that crash during the second practice looked pretty hard.

It'll be a long night for the mechanics to get that car put back together. I believe that they can change the engine without a penalty (if they need to). Hopefully he'll be ok, because those sideways crashes can really tweak your neck.

The curb there has always been a bit nasty if you go slightly wide. The engine will likely be fine. What won't be is his setup, which often gets affected when they rebuild the car.

Ferrari's pace isn't surprising. They were quick here last year and were very quick in winter testing.

    • For me it has everything feature wise that I want. But boy the app sucks big time. This and Teams. Ever since they made the transition to WebView it has been slow AF. I mostly use both apps in the browser now because of too much memory being used by these 2 apps. Hoping that native versions are being worked upon.
    • Nearly 70% of Steam users now run Windows 11 by Taras Buria The May 2026 Steam Hardware & Software Survey results are now available on the official Steam website, showing Windows 11's continuous growth among the gaming audience. As of early June 2026, nearly 70% of all participants reported having a Windows 11-powered PC, while Windows 10's market share is steadily declining. According to Valve, in May 2026, Windows 11 increased its market share to 69.76% (+2.02 points), while Windows 10 dropped to 23.99% (-1.64 points). 64-bit Windows 7 is still showing up in Valve's reports, and apparently, about 0.07% of all survey participants still use the 17-year-old operating system. Valve no longer updates its client for Windows 7, but it still can access the platform, so the Windows 7 holdouts can stay away from newer Windows versions. Overall, 93.85% of all users run Windows (+0.38 points), while Linux is second with 3.99% (-0.53 points). macOS is third with at 2.16% (+0.15 points). The most popular Linux flavor is Arch Linux (0.35%), while macOS 26.4.1 is currently the dominant macOS release. On the hardware side, the most popular picks include an Intel processor (53.94% against AMD's 46.06%) with six cores (28.02%, -0.6 points), 16 GB of memory (41.14%, -0.28 points), and an NVIDIA graphics card (72.42%, with AMD having 19.13% and Intel 8.05%). The most popular graphics card on Steam is the desktop NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (3.85%, -0.14 points), while the laptop RTX 4060 is second with 3.77%, and the RTX 3050 is third with 3.10%. The average amount of VRAM is 8GB (25.89%), and the dominant display resolution is the classic 1920x1080 pixels (51.89%, -0.32 points). As usual, you can find more details from the latest survey on the official website. The results for April 2026 are available here.
    • This would be the ideal scenario for the context menus
    • Personally, I think these things are way over rated and way over priced, even at this price. I recently had Frontier Fiber installed with 2 of these devices and although they worked, I switched back to my own router and AP setup and get way better consistency on wireless speed than with Eeros. Wired speed seems to be more consistent also. Will be returning Eeros soon. I had told Frontier I didn't want them to begin with.
    • Yes, exactly what I have been thinking. Don't make the context menu simpler, make it smarter to learn what I actually use. And then, give me the ability to pin settings that I rarely use but need forget where they are.
