It's pretty good. More chances for overtaking than Silverstone, IMO. Especially at Esses as there is quite a long run downhill to it, which would be good providing that the cars can follow out of Coppice. Then Melbourne and Goddards would provide a chance for follow-up moves and some fighting.

Ayrton took several cars on the opening lap there in 1993 (European GP). Can see it here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=PsFEjFf3QDo

I remember watching the 1993 European GP at Donington. It was a masterful display of race-craft by Ayrton Senna - one of the best races of his career.

Tomorrow's race will be interesting. I expect a battle between R?ikk?nen and the McLarens; Webber does not have a car which would allow him to battle for podium or even victory. Massa will have his hands full getting forward from 9th.

Also, it's likely going to be a wet race - (possible) demolition derby time.

Although they are going to Donnington it will have to be a new circuit for safety and track length. In 2000 they announced they were going to Brands Hatch, however it did not happen because of money reasons. If they do go to Donnington it I will only believe it on the June day when they were there in 2010.

I read somewhere else that one of the problems is it is surrounded by green belt land, which makes bringing it up to the required standards (deeper sand traps) extremely difficult.

I can't believe Ferrari didn't give Kimi new tires when they knew it was going to rain more in just few minutes after the pit stop.. but this means we have a 3-way tie in driver's championship between Hamilton/Massa/Raikkonen, and Kubica is only 2 points behind them.

I think Massa made a new record for spins in one race..

Race of the season so far!! So happy to see Rubens back on the podium - and Lewis, wow what a drive!!

Brilliant result. Lewis now leading a 3-way tie for the championship, second half of the season to go now!

It's wide open - and if Lewis drives like that again - who knows, eh??

Great race with a well deserved winner. Hamilton's drive today was better than anything I've seen in years. Schumacher at the Spanish GP 1996 was the last such mesmerising drive.

Ferrari totally buggered up today. Why did they not change R?ikk?nen's tyres at the first stop?

Massa was simply abysmal today. I lost count of his spins.

Honourable mention goes to Barichello. Getting the Honda onto the podium is one hell of an achievement.

as much as i enjoyed seeing massa spin more times than i can remember, something didnt look right with his car, he had the speed to catch the cars in front, came to a corner right behind and just fell away as the others cars took off out of the corner. any time he remotely accelerated he went sideways

oh and for the first time since 2003 :D iirc

The Ferraris in general had a problem, it wasn't isolated to Massa.

Massa looked quick until his crash on Friday. The rear end of his car looked very twitchy from that point on. Either Ferrari were poor and his initial speed was a fluke, or Massa was heavily compromised by the crash and Raikkonen was having a bad weekend.

    • Microsoft resumes forced Copilot app installation on some Windows PCs by Usama Jawad Late last year, Microsoft planned to begin the automatic installation of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app on certain Windows PCs. However, in March 2026, it disabled this process due to a technical issue and informed customers that it would let them know when it would resume. It seems like that was only a temporary respite, as the Redmond tech giant has started the forced installation of the app on eligible devices. In an update on its Message Center for IT admins, Microsoft has informed customers that it is resuming the automatic installation of the Microsoft 365 Copilot on commercial Windows PCs that have Microsoft 365 apps already installed. What this means is that if you have Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more installed on your Windows PC through a Microsoft 365 license, you'll likely see the Microsoft 365 Copilot app pop up in your Installed Apps section soon, too. Fortunately, IT admins do have some control over this rollout. If they choose to opt out, devices in their tenant won't automatically get the dreaded Copilot app. However, phased rollout via feature flags has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of June: Feature Flag1: started Jun 4, expected to finish June 10 Feature Flag2: expected to start on June 11, expected to finish on June 17 MSGraph schema rollout: expected to start on June 18, expected to finish on June 24 Feature Flag3: expected to start on June 25, expected to complete by July 1st Microsoft hasn't detailed what the process is to toggle the feature flags in its Message Center, and its public support page does not seem to mention it yet either. The Redmond tech giant has encouraged IT admins to let users know beforehand so they aren't caught by surprise to see a new app seemingly installed without manual interaction or their consent. Users who already have the app installed or are based in the European Economic Area (EEA) are unaffected by this move, which Microsoft has understandably flagged as a "major change".
