Aleni: lmao I know! I had the same problem. I went all over Adelaide before I found mine. Your best bet is to buy it online. You will probably save yourself some cash that way too.

what is the difference between the ixus 400 and powershot digital elph 400?? just different names?

is the s400 something sold only in america and not the ixus. http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/home.html

i think, in US its called s400, in asia its called Digital ixus 400 except Japan, Japan has its own name, i dont know, maybe ixy 400 or something like that.

i cant find ixus 400 anywhere here! i want to buy it! :(

i just picked up the Canon A70 too, very impressed, really didnt want to pay that much but what the hell, so many different settings and functions to play with, move function is fun, now to save up for some larger compact flash, i am sure someone will have it cheap after rebate soon :laugh:

grrrr! cant find ixus 400 everywhere, a70 and s45 are both good products, but those are bigger than ixus. so im waiting for ixus to arrive.

Hi aleni. Have you tried to find the ixus 400 online at all? Are you able to get a store to order you one in?
