The difference is (with no due disrespect) that Liverpool are a far bigger club than the hammers, their fans expect and want more, and with the resources available they could be achieving more. West Ham are basically doing as much as they can with the resources they have available to them, whereas Liverpool are currently being humiliated. 4 defeats on the bounce is awful by anyone's standards, and it isn't like we are getting outplayed by superior teams and giving it our all either, there's no passion, penetration, or flair about the play at the moment just a series of pathetic capitulations against teams that results should be possible from

yeah after last season I expected them to be at least 1st or 2nd but who knows 2010 might bring the good times back

I don't understand why ppl are so surprised abt Rubin winning.. Russian football is on the rise.. plus most teams get there jet-lagged and that makes Russia a very hard place to play.. R Kazan are Russians champion, if Barca expected them to rollover that means Barca were in dreamland.. Hoping CSKA can repeat the same on United :p

Well, the rubin made a great defensive game, the had 3 goal ocasion and scored 2, the first of them at 2nd minute of the game. Bar?a had 13 ocasions and only scored 1. it's football, as Guardiola said "in any other sport, Bar?a would have won the game, that's what makes football a great sport".

Well done Lyon. French clubs are doing well at Anfield, and winning that game juste before the big one on sunday is a joy for me.

We must get a result against CSK and it won't be easy at all. But given the last time we played in that stadium I feel pretty confident. ;)

surprised Milan pulled off a win in Madrid! really wasnt expecting much after such a poor start to the season

that looked an awesome match...might have to catch those highlights on youtube!

The ref took two wrong decisions. The penaly for Benzema is one of a stupidest decision of the year. If there is no penaly on this there is no penalty at all in football. The second poor decision was to refuse the header for Milan, cause there is absolutely no fault on Casillas. Anyway, Real Madrid wasn't in a good day and Milan is never a team you take lightly in C1. Marseille can already say goodbye to the next round.

    • One reason it might be running hotter is dust build up within the cooling or perhaps the paste has dried out. You could always try repasting your old GPU and cleaning the cooler. Your experience in Linux will be much better with an AMD GPU; the performance in gaming is much closer to Windows than nVidia would be. I personally think on Windows, AMD drivers are junk.
    • I reviewed it back in March, but I didn't have a 5070 at the time https://www.neowin.net/reviews/amd-rx-9070-review-vs-rtx-5070-4070-and-rx-9070-xt-7800-xt--just-good-enough/ When I reviewed the 9070 I did have a 5070 to compare it against, so the scores are there for the 9070 XT. it outperforms the 5070 in raster, and is barely neck and neck in Ray Tracing. So it's better than a 5070 in everything but Ray Tracing where it is neck and neck, or just under. To be honest, the uplift from 3080 when it was new to the 9070 XT is not as great a step up. If you can find a used 4080 Super for around the same money, you would probably be better off, but if you only want to buy new then the 16GB 9070 XT is the best value for money in its category.
    • I really hope the author's health is ok. Squirreling away a official backup of this software. Looks like the internet archive already cached a copy as well - https://web.archive.org/web/20...ldbit-soft.fi/software.html
    • AMD is supported out of the box in linux because of their open source driver. Nvidia does not. All my systems are amd and all of them work nicely on linux arch without doing anything.
    • Never had a problem with TPM and started using that many years ago in Win10. Through several motherboards and OS versions, it just does what it does without complaint. My games library doesn't even know it's there. Secure boot does a lot more than support anti-cheat, as it came along long before anti-cheat software. I've used it religiously since before I started using TPM, and I always liked it for being able to nullify virus contagions that try their best to come in underneath the firmware during boot, so that the OS doesn't see them, etc. That is its purpose, imo. I'll never understand why people who elect to use another OS feel compelled to run down Windows... I guess they need to do that to feel secure about their choices? I run Windows because it supports all the software (including games) natively that I want to buy, and I've never had to run down another OS to make me feel better about it. (Although it's certainly possible to do that, of course...) Win10 is on a ventilator atm, and Win11 is very close to being free, and I finally got to stop running StartAllBack as I moved to the Experimental/Dev channel and my 26300.8553 build supports the moveable taskbar and it's running fine at the top of the screen! Finally, my last major dislike of Win11 is being rectified! So, I'm not at all surprised to see Win11's share of the Steam survey hitting 70%.
