Microsoft has updated the free version of Teams with a few new features that will likely be appreciated by small businesses. It has published the changelog for all the stuff added in February 2023.

The Google Contacts app has added a new Highlights tab to the main list view. It lets you search for contacts using a friendly, visually appealing grid and can be found sandwiched between two tabs.
Google Contacts is receiving the ability to backup and sync contacts that are stored locally on the phone, that are not synced with a Google account. The update seems to be a server-side change.
Google seems to be testing a pop-up panel for adding existing or new contacts from third-party apps. The functionality in the Contacts app may not necessarily be tied to a specific Android version.
