Microsoft announced the Games with Gold for June, 2017 today. If you're an Xbox Live Gold member, you should definitely be checking these out every month, as it offers four free games (two Xbox One and two backward compatible Xbox 360), as long as you claim them within the specified dates.
Here are this month's Games with Gold:
SpeedRunners (Xbox One, June 1 - 30)
This game is not yet available in the Xbox Store.
Watch_Dogs (Xbox One, June 16 - July 15)

Assassin's Creed III (Xbox 360, June 1 - 15)

Dragon Age: Origins (Xbox 360, June 16 - 30)

Larry Hryb (Major Nelson) hasn't yet published his announcement of the June Games with Gold, so it would seem that SpeedRunners will be published in the Store when that happens. Also, it's worth noting that Assassin's Creed III was only added to Backward Compatibility support today, along with four other titles.
But you've still got a week left to May, so it's not too late to claim some of this month's Games with Gold. You can grab Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Director's Cut (Xbox One) and Lego Star Wars: TCS (Xbox 360) until the end of the month, and you have until June 15 to claim Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (Xbox One).
