Biography
I'm an over seasoned but not overly salty endpoint architect with more than a few years of Windows engineering experience. I have previously written in depth for Neowin about Microsoft in the past and spent rather too much of that time writing about Windows Phone and various other Microsoft consumer and enterprise foibles. I'm incredibly passionate about hardware with a distinct focus on laptops, NAS builds and storage. If I'm using a laptop, it's likely classic all black with a red TrackPoint. For operating systems, it is Windows on a few machines these days but almost everything else I use is Linux. I'm a low-key gamer and do that on a mixture of PC, Xbox Series X and PS5 along with a bunch of old consoles and 80's and 90s 16bit computers such as the legendary Amiga.
