I'll pay P&P and you bubble wrap the PSP as good as you can. I'll then test the wifi capabilities on my wireless router and report back to the good people of neowin on my findings,

Then after a day or two of testing you will recieve your PSP back in bubble wrap in the exact same condition with fresh battery, charged and i'll even clean the screen for you.

I look forward to your PM  :woot:

yeah like that's going to happen

If indeed it's wet, windy wales then sometime in March. Game have started taking peoples names for an initial preorder list, similar to what they did with the PS2.

Unfortunaly thats not gonna get you a machine, all they do with that list is call you when they start taking deposits. Only when you put down a deposit with them, then you will have a machine on order.

That's why I said "similar to the PS2", I had to put my name down on an initial list at which point they contacted me telling me to come in and preorder. At which point there was absolutely tonnes of people queing up to preorder. But at least you get some warning.

Nice review. I'll be getting my media player for the GBA and testing it out on my DS. Hopefully I'll be getting a review up on my site soon. But I want one of those now! :(

Heh, I make quite a bit of moolah myself but I'm saving up right now for school and a car. I don't think I can support two handheld consoles now

Cheers!

Well there is no online play at the moment, the PSP connects to my wireless router easily though and the firmware update option in the menu connects to Sony of Japan but quickly lets you know you are running the latest OS. I have played Ridge Racers with a buddy of mine in the same room on his PSP and we get roughly about 2 hours of play from a fully charged battery with the WIFI switch on.

Yeah, was just saying in a little more detail just incase someone who read this and didnt pre-order a ps2 knows what when on .. god that was a incrediably anal pre-order campaign. Still remember getting people to fill out forms at 6am.

Im still debating a jap machine but me funds are not on my side atm, just bough new mobo !

It appears Sony is using a cheaper Samsung LCD screen in the newer PSP's. The original "launch shipment" had a Sharp screen.

Sharp: sharp ;), vivid colors and a good viewing angle

Samsung: blueish worse colors and a bad viewing angle

Kinda sucks...

you have eight things i want :p

dell lcd monitor

logitech speakers

sony psp

cell phone

ipod

nintendo ds

logitech keyboard, wireless mouse

gameboy advance sp (i don't really want it anymore)

edit:

There's a long time before i get to 22 and get this stuff ^ or even better and cooler stuff by then, a really long time

Stay connected affordably in 120+ countries/regions with your own lifetime eSIM! An eSIM is a digital SIM card. It's basically just mobile data. Once it's activated on your device, it can connect you to data networks in other countries – giving you an internet connection with NO roaming charges. With aloSIM, you can load prepaid eSIM data packages onto your phone, tablet, or computer. Your lifetime eSIM never expires, so it's yours forever and there are never any monthly charges. You'll get $50 in eSIM data credit, which is almost always enough to cover all your data roaming needs for a full year. But if you run out of data, you can always top up your lifetime eSIM and stay connected internationally. Pay $24.97 for a lifetime eSIM with $50 in travel data credit Use your eSIM to join data networks in 120+ countries Install your lifetime eSIM on a compatible device to roam on local data networks Your lifetime eSIM never expires, and can be topped up with more data anytime Many data packages cost as little as $4.50 and last 7 days. Depending on the package you choose, the length of time varies. Good to know Length of access: lifetime For NEW customers only Instant digital redemption Once you add your $50 credit to your aloSim account you have up to 12-months to use it — after that your credit will expire When you pay for a data plan you also get a free phone number (via Hushed) for the same duration of your plan that was purchased - IE 7 day eSim plan gives you a free 7-day phone number Purchased coupon must be redeemed and used within 12 months This deal is not stackable (one offer per aloSIM account) A $4.50 data package will last 7 days The data DOES expire, and you WILL NOT have any leftover data for your next trip unless it takes place within the validity period. While the eSIM never expires, the actual data package is only valid for the length of time stated at purchase (i.e. seven days after activation, 30 days after activation, etc.) So if you buy a seven-day package and only use a tiny bit, that package is still going to expire after seven days. • WordArt was cool. We now have color fonts as a substitute although Word only supports COLRv0 and COLRv1 (Fraud OS 11 only). The OpenType SVG color font format needs to be supported by Office. Adobe's apps support it
