1 vs. 2 in both conferences. Should be some good matchups? Personally I think I might like to see Detroit vs. Phoenix to see if the old adage can be proven true once again that defense wins championships. However, I'm kind of pulling for Shaq too so I'm really torn. I just hope they're both good quality series.

Geez, anyone else surprised that a 121-114 game went to the Spurs? I expect them to win but with defense not scoring like that. If the SPurs can beat the Suns at their own game then this might not turn out to be as good a series as I hoped.

Went to the Suns game today, it was an amazing game and fun. Too bad they lost, I'm not sure which way it's going to go. I have a feeling Spurs will win this, sad to say.

I knew the Spurs were going to be tough for the Suns to beat from the get go, I personally think they're the toughest team in the nba. At any rate, the reason for the Spurs win today was due to their huge 43 points in the fourth quarter. Plus Marion didn't play like usual and Joe Johnson is out, which will be changing in the next game or two. It's only the 1st game though and Suns could still easily win the series, unless the Spurs continue to play like this and the Suns can't answer.
