They always said after public release. I never saw it saying after RTM.

In the email it says "...Please be patient. We cannot ship your gift until Windows Vista Business is released to manufacturing..."?which?is?RTM. ?The guy from channel9 said they should have?started shipping them late last week.

um my has always said after RTM? "Please be patient. We cannot ship your gift until Microsoft Office Professional 2007 is released to manufacturing. Your free software should arrive in six to eight weeks after RTM. "

it didnt come today thats for sure!

Should be here in a week or so since they said it might take some time to ship them all out, they started last week towards the end of the week and still shipping this week. They usually ship 2 day shipping via DHL

I already said they were going to ship early this week, possibly today.

From Mark Brown Sat, Jan 13:

"Yes, just be patient. Lots of emails flying out right now. We're getting ready to ship here in the next couple of days.

Thanks."

Just wait a little while longer, it very well could have shipped today.

I don't want to complain but if we just had a solid date when we would be getting our gift I would stop thinking about this, I just got an email that says it will ship 6-8 weeks after vista is released to public, so we could be waiting about 10 weeks from now.

Hello Gabriel,

You will receive the free gift 6-8 weeks after Vista is released to the public. Please let us know if you have any other support related questions.

Thanks!

That better not be true because they freakin said 6-8 weeks from RTM clearly ON their website. It doesn't matter if its free... we did see those webcasts and we did take the time to do it.. If they said RTM, they should keep their word. Doesn't matter if its free or paid.

Heh. Patience*

The software offer related to this campaign is scheduled to begin shipping in early January. Once we receive your signed W-9 document and begin shipping, you should expect to receive your delivery within 1 to 2 weeks.

Thank you,

Windows Vista/Office 2007 W-9 Data Submission Admin

Well all I am saying is that they shouldn't break their word when they said RTM. I have patience... just not enough to wait another 10 weeks when they specifically said RTM.

If you don't have the patience to wait that long, go and buy it.

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 changelog: Uses electron 42.5.0 #2452 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.6.
