Entertainment 42 has been imformed and they are in the progress of creating a new version www.crashingpoint.com for all of us to play with during the next few months..... LOL No seriously has anyone won anything yet???? I am only hoping for an e-mail from L.O.K.I. thanks for a fantastic time during this game it was good fun though and I was trying to make this description above sound like it came of a Mac forum.... MS would legally be withing there rights to execute this, and may do it to control the press announcement of the winner. gdesignr Posted February 1, 2007 Share Posted February 1, 2007 Don't be surprised if it takes a bit longer than 48 hours. Marden Kane handled the prizes for the AOL Gold Rush. The rules said they would call the winners the night of each of the final puzzles. It was actually weeks and even months later before they got around to calling winners and giving out all the prizes. If you do alot of contests you'll find that many companies are really gung-ho about doing the sites and getting the marketing benefits, and really really poor about respecting the players and paying the prizes. Can you imagine thinking you got squat and 4 months later ups shows up at your door with a package from them? I would still be happy but I would sure n **** like to know sooner than that...
