'Mortal Kombat XL' pre-order arrives for Xbox One

Mortal Kombat X made its debut nearly a year ago, and to celebrate the anniversary of the title, 'Mortal Kombat XL' was announced earlier last week that would include the original game, previous DLC and some new content. Starting today, Mortal Kombat XL is now officially available for pre-order for the Xbox One.

If you failed to ride the initial wave of Mortal Kombat X, now might be the perfect time to to catch the title as Mortal Kombat XL will offer the complete game, previously released content packs and even the recently announced Kombat Pack 2. Not only will the game offer old content, but it will also offer new content in the form of two new characters. Be sure to check below for the full list of included content.

This bundle includes:

Cosplay Pack: Two new character skins. The Cosplay Pack reimagines Mortal Kombat X characters Cassie Cage and Jacqui Briggs as Lin Kuei and Shirai Ryu Ninjas.

Klassic Fatalities 1: Get four Klassic Fatalities from the original Mortal Kombat. Includes fatalities for Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya and Johnny Cage.

Klassic Fatalities 2: Get four Klassic Fatalities from Mortal Kombat 2. Includes fatalities for Mileena, Kitana, Kung Lao and Jax.

Klassic Pack 2: Three new character skins. Play as Klassic Quan Chi, Klassic Jax, and Klassic Kung Lao. Kombat Pack owners get early access.

Tremor: New playable character. Play as Klassic Mortal Kombat character Tremor. Kombat Pack owners get early access.

Predator/Prey Pack: Three new skins. Play as Commando Johnny, Infrared Scorpion, and Carl Weathers as Jax. Kombat Pack gets early access.

Brazil Pack: Three new character skins. Play as Futbol Cage, Capoeira Liu Kang, and Gaucho Kung Lao in this themed skin pack.
