Rufus 3.22 final version is now available for download from GitHub. It adds the option to disable BitLocker encryption. Another major highlight of the release is the end of Windows 7 support.

Rufus 3.22 Beta is now available for download from GitHub. It allows disabling automatic BitLocker encryption SHA-1 and SHA-2 acceleration on supported processors and other changes.

BlackLotus, which is a bootkit, has been doing the rounds on the internet since last year. This bootkit is capable of bypassing Secure Boot, disabling BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and more.
