Meta announced some new features for the WhatsApp Business Platform that will allow businesses to offer more experiences, such as in-app ticket booking, ordering food, appointment booking, etc.

WhatsApp is testing a multi-account feature for Android, allowing multiple accounts on a single device. Its availability is limited to beta, bringing flexibility to personal and work accounts.
