Jub
I was so annoyed I reverted to Snow Leopard. I hope Blizzard or Apple finds a fix for it. It's no doubt the fault of Apple. Programs in Adobe's Creative Suite behave the same way. Most likely others too, but none that I can think of that I use daily.
Tobias Reichert
You can't drag files around in Mac OS X Lion DP4 simply by double tabbing and then dragging your finger around. Nothing happens. At least not for me, Elliott and Nidoking. The only way I can get my Trackpad to drag is by physically clicking the thing. Apple got rid of these two options: Drag lock is now in the accessibility options under "trackpad". .Neo and iUserX 2 Share

Sliders and controls in PS all worked perfectly, but spinning the camera in WoW and then immediately moving the cursor afterwards would cause the cursor to freeze for a second and an error message to show up in Console.app.
0sit0
Are any of you guys having issues with Google Chrome in Lion? Mine hangs all the time and even prevents the OS from restarting. I solved this by using Chromium (nightly builds) but as of yesterday's update Chromium doesn't seem to load many pages correctly. :pinch:

It happens a lot for me in Fireworks. What error does it return, if you have it noted down somewhere? What a strange, strange thing to happen. @ O5M3L, no issues with Chrome at all. I don't use it much anymore, though, since I'm quite satisfied about Safari 5.1 for once.
iKenndac
Drag lock is now in the accessibility options under "trackpad". Woah. Universal Access -> Mouse & Trackpad -> Trackpad Options? That's quite the buried setting!
CPressland
I've temporarily switched to Safari from Chrome, and honestly it's faster than Chrome at current anyway, plus the fullscreen browsing rocks! But will likely switch back to Google when it's updated with full screen support.
iKenndac
i have also noticed that chrome is not playing nice at all with lion, my guess is that the google devs are still yet to update the webkit engine The WebKit Chrome uses is a different branch to Safari's, and has nothing to do with how the application behaves wrt the rest of the system. Chrome is screwy with me on Lion, too.

0sit0
Ok... Thanks :) Just wanted to make sure it wasn't something messed up in my system. I'm also having issues with Firefox... when I close sometimes I get the pop up saying it the app has crashed lol. Safari is fine but I need a bunch of extensions that are not on there yet. iuerg87yerg879e0rg9erugjer
also is it just me, or does OS X Lion really do not want you to partition your HDD, for some reason is just refuses to cooperate with me to split the HDD into separate partitions :/
rajputwarrior
i don't understand the hype of full screen (maybe because i haven't used lion). to me it's seems like a complete 180 from the UX that apple was trying to push for the last X amount of years with multiple smaller windows open that you can switch back and forth from (hence why i always thought OSX was a better multi tasking OS compared to windows). Also, what's so special about how apple does full screen apps compared to how it's done in windows? also anyone have a screenshot of the new login screen? :)

0sit0
The Chromium (not Chrome) issue I have seems to be with jQuery and Lion... no idea how the two are connected but website I visit that contains jQuery the page doesn't load properly (including Neowin). Quillz
Woah. Universal Access -> Mouse & Trackpad -> Trackpad Options? That's quite the buried setting! Wow, thanks a lot. I never would have even thought of looking there. Why on Earth would they move the setting in the first place? It makes far more sense to have it under the generic Trackpad settings. My Magic Trackpad is now useful again on Lion.
PyX
About the option to open an application when the session starts... what's the use now that the Resume function is perfectly implemented? I just installed Flash beta for Mac OS X 10.7. To do so, I needed to shut down Safari. Why, if they're now two separate processes?
Elliott
I just installed Flash beta for Mac OS X 10.7. To do so, I needed to shut down Safari. Why, if they're now two separate processes? Because that's the easiest way to shut down the Safari plugin process. Adobe took the easy way out. Microsoft actually takes advantage of the separate Safari plugin process with Silverlight and doesn't do this asinine "Please quit this application to continue" junk.
