Server definitely needs some TLC, still can't stay connected for more than a minute or two at a time.

I'm going to restart the MC server process - give me a minute.

So... everyones given up on the server then? :p

it always has its luls, i play for an hour or so a day and i usually see one or two other people on there. I think a lot of people just get miffed or are playing other games due to the steam sale.

The server is now an (unofficial) world record breaker.  :punk:

 

According to the Guinness World Records 2014 (Gamers edition) bought for me by my daughter (amelia1375 in game) for Christmas, the world record for longest Minecraft tunnel is 10,001 blocks long. Well, it took a few days, but the server now has a tunnel, dug by me, that is 10,002 blocks long. :)

No need, the tunnel starts at the end of my 1km rail tunnel, so you can already get that achievement. If you include that tunnel it's now well over 11km long.

 

From spawn, head into the railway station underneath, and take the Northern line. Disembark just before it heads above ground at the other end and you'll find the tunnel entrance heading East.

      Yes, exactly what I have been thinking. Don't make the context menu simpler, make it smarter to learn what I actually use. And then, give me the ability to pin settings that I rarely use but need forget where they are.

Later today, Geoff Keighley will be bringing the 2026 edition of Summer Game Fest live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California. For anyone wanting to tune in online, the Summer Game Fest showcase livestream will be kicking off at 2 PM PT | 5 PM ET | 10 PM BST later today, June 5. The jam-packed show is slated to run for about two hours, with platforms like YouTube (4K at 60FPS), Twitch, Facebook, or X being available for catching it. Like in previous years, separate streams featuring American Sign Language and Descriptive Audio are available on YouTube as well. Keighley has only dropped a few teasers about what gaming fans can expect to see at the show.       I think the car analogy is more this: Left hand drive, basic commands on the left side of the infotainment screen. Right hand drive, basic commands on the right side of the infotainment screen. Granted, you're not swapping between the two often so it's doesn't really work. But it's to do with the proximity of you (your mouse, or the driver) to the controls.
