I get a PHP error while trying to access my entry which I believe was on this page where it gives the error:

Hope that didn't influenced the voting. :(

It had no influence on voting whatsoever. We have a seperate system the staff use to view entries, and no errors have occured on that one. However, I found the issue, and have fixed it.

There were 50 members of staff and veterans in total who voted in this competition.

Yep. We had to have a decision made by a certain time. So we decided we would either leave voting open until we got 50 votes, or until the time we had expired. Fortunately, we had a large turnout with the voting, and hit 50 votes rather than having the time expiration close voting, which was definitely preferred, as it just helped to validate the results. We should have the results posted on the front page sometime today. We just have some last minute things we have to do for verification purposes and such.
