Is this real, though? I mean, is so,done actually going to put their name, email address and passport number on the internet? It wouldn't be difficult to fabricate this letter.

The same reason people post pictures on Facebook that say, "if this post gets 100,000 likes my mum will quit smoking", or "if you don't share this a ghost will come and kill you tonight". Some people like to feel like they're getting attention.

How come after a week and a bit, all we have is still speculation to what has happened to the place and not one shred of proof?

Why wouldn't the Malaysian government use Gmail? I'm sure you can answer that yourself. Hell I just found the email address to at least one Malaysian government department and it took me 1 minute. It is gov.my, not Gmail, surprisingly.

Again, he observed a burning in the sky. He came to the conclusion it was a plane after realising the timing matched up with the disappearance from radar of MH370. He didn't see a plane burning in the sky. He saw an explosion or burning of some kind.

 

 

Why does two changes of altitude tell you the passengers are dead?  All that tells you is that the plane changed altitude twice, which isn't unheard of during normal flights thanks to air pockets and the like.

 

It wasn't that it changed altitude twice, it was that it went above the ceiling of the aircraft for a short period of time. And air pockets won't increase your altitude to 45k ft.

 

No proof, but to me it's quite probable this was done, along with a depressurization of the plane to kill those on board. It's possible to depressurise the plane from the cockpit. The oxygen masks in the cabin may last only a matter of minutes. Their purpose is to give the passengers oxygen for the time it takes the plane to descend. The crew in the cockpit would have more oxygen reserves and definitely would outlast that of the cabin.

 

After a short time at 45k, the plane then descended to 20k+ as tracked by military radar.

 

If the objective of turning the transponder off, along with the rest of the comms, was to make yourself "invisible", if you want to hide from radar surely you would try to fly low. The ascending of the plane to 45k is very strange. Must be reason for that.

Climbing to 45,000ft wouldn't be necessary if you wanted to do what you suggested. Depressurising at 39,000ft would have the same effect as doing so at 45,000ft.

Yeah, it seems about as believable as anything else I've read. Especially considering how one day one part of the investigation says something and then the government over there says, "Nope, not true." I don't know what to believe and what not to anymore.

 

This investigation seems like it may go down as one of the worst in human history. Future investigators will have courses called, "how not to screw up a plane investigation." :rolleyes:

It is my belief that MH370 likely flew in the shadow of SIA68 through India and Afghanistan airspace.

    • Ummmm that is what is it supposed to do. Just turn if off in settings if you do not want it analyzing your open tabs. Chrome does the same thing with Gemini. Sarfari will do the samething after Apple's AI and even more so with the release of their 27 versions that is now powered by Googles LLM/ML models. Understanding why it is doing it and how it can help you vs jumping to some conspiracy theroy is a much better approach. As long as it can be turned off, all is good. Yes the default should be off but the a lot of people would never discover these features.
