are all 4 games today?

the first one ended up being exciting, but the sox game was a bore.  hopefully angels/yahnks will be better.

No, I want it to be a bore for all angels fans. You know, 21 - 0 Yankees after 3 innings.

Many say that Randy Johnson is gooing to pitch a big game for us tomorrow, hope thats true.

This is a little bit late, but isn't it a little frusterating that Jose Contreras pitched quite well agains't the red sox in a white sox uniform but not for us? Maybe I'm the only one....but at least he beat them!

I was thinking the same thing actually... but it could be the training he's getting from the White Sox is better then what he got from the Yankees. It could also be there isn't as much pressure on him from the White Sox has what there was from the Yankees.

Geesh Red Sox better pick it up a lil today, 14-2 isnt exactly a close loss :p. Wells is pitchin...so yea.

Some of the yankee fans were speculating that it was because of Posada and the pitching coach that Contreras did bad with us .

The NY Pressure theory is the more legitimate one.

White Sox Sweep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a great season so far. I really hope they can keep it up.

the reason for his success is because of the pitching coach Don Cooper. Spending two minutes watching Contreras pitch you can tell that Don Cooper got him to change his arm angle which makes his pitches come from different angles and he is more comfortable throwing strikes. He wasn't a pitcher that would throw strikes and now he is. With the nasty stuff he has throwing strikes was the key to getting hitters out.
