Square Enix returning to E3 with a showcase on June 11

Square Enix is returning to E3 after a three-year break with an online-only presentation on June 11. The showcase will be livestreamed on Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, Facebook, and Twitter.

It seems Square Enix has some major announcements up its sleeves this year, as the company announced today that it will be hosting an E3 showcase, which arrives three years after its previous one. The special online-only presentation will take place on June 11 at 10am PT.

Understandably, the company is keeping the presentation's exact details under wraps, but in addition to new announcements, there's a good chance of seeing footage of the upcoming Tomb Raider title as well as Kingdom Hearts III, and maybe even some news of the highly anticipated Avengers Project. The company's mech-based survival action title that was announced last year, Left Alive, could also make an appearance.

According to the newly set up Square Enix E3 FAQ page, the pre-recorded video presentation will be livestreamed on Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, Facebook, and Twitter, supporting both English and Japanese languages.
