MysticThumbs 4.4.3

MysticThumbs generates thumbnails of many image formats not natively supported by Windows. It plugs into Windows Explorer so you don't have to run a separate application to preview your images, see them all in the native shell and Open/Save dialog boxes in all 32 and 64 bit applications. Thumbnails generated by MysticThumbs are stored in the system thumbnail cache by Windows so once they are made they are not remade unless the file is touched in some way, such as saving changes to a photo.

Version 4.4.3 changelog:

• new: Control panel sounds option, for a touch of distinctiveness. Comes with multiple volume levels and mute. Work in progress.
• new: Cubic sampling mode. Only works on Windows 7 with Platform Update or newer with DirectX 11 capable hardware.
• fix: PDF files were not working due to v4.4 ImageMagick upgrade.
• fix: Some files were not supporting embedded thumbnails & metadata correctly.

• opt: PaintShop Pro compositing layers improved positioning & scaling. Note: not all composite modes are currently supported so results may vary. This may be improved in the future. Best save with a flattened image/thumbnail for compatibility.

Notes: This release should fix a lot of problems created from the previous v4.4.x releases. As always, if you have problems, use an older version that suits until stability is maintained.
