What was the last movie you watched? (2013 Edition)

Recommended Posts

I watched all three movies of the Matrix trilogy this weekend. Such a great series. :)

Sad the wachoski haven't done any more decent work... Cloud atlas was average...

Fast n Furious 6.

7/10 if you take it for what it is... I had really low expectations. And man, that last landing strip chase... the frigging strip goes on for like 15 minutes!?!?!?

I am slowly doing a Lethal Weapon marathon. So far I watched Lethal Weapon 1 and 2 in a few days and love them! I use to watch those moves when I was a child since my step dad loved them. I would say those are the best films with Mel Gibson.

I couldn't watch it at the theater and I got all frustrated. I finally did, and due to the hype built inside my head I'd say it was TRULY EPIC.

I know it's not a Fellini, Kieslowski, Herzog or Kurosawa film, and I don't care: 10/10!!!

Jobs. 8/10

It's a must-watch for every tech enthusiast.

The story isn't that accurate, but it's an inspiring movie. Kutcher does an excellent job.

I'm thinking to go and see it again!

I look forward to the next Jobs movie...

Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013)

2/5

... good looking main actress i guess that's the only positive thing i can say about this movie.

Broken City (2013)

2.5/5

Good actors but the movie is a waste of time like 9 out of 10 movies having Mark Wahlberg in it.

Wreck-It Ralph (2012)

3.5/5

Must see for all 8 bits and 16 bits consoles fans out there. Q*bert made me lauch a lot though my kid did not understand why i was laughing so much :P.

    • It won't perform hugely better than the 3080 unless you're VRAM limited in games. Have you tried putting new thermal pads on them 3080 and giving it a good clean to see if you can regain your temps and overclock?
    • Windows 95 offered the ability to add and edit the right click menus, on a per file type basis. This feature seems to be missing in the new file explorer. Are they bringing it back as a "new" feature?
    • It's nearly time to replace my aging Founders Edition 3080, it doesn't OC as nicely as it used to and it's running around 10c warmer than it did when I first bought it.  I don't have budget for much more than what I spent on the 3080 and locally, that means the best GPU I can manage is a 9070XT. On this basis I have a few questions: 1. At present I don't use ray tracing, if this was to change, would this GPU be an issue? 2. How does it compare on a performance basis? 3. Are the drivers worse or better than those for nVidia? 4. Linux support, is it there? 5. Anything else I should be aware of if I were to make this change? 6. Is it a good idea or shall I try and keep the 3080 a little longer.
    • What OS is that? It looks a bit like Mac OS but the command line suggests it isn't, either way I like it!
