Nvidia has released new GeForce Game Ready 381.65 WHQL drivers which are optimized for the Quake Champions closed beta. In addition, they add support for NVIDIA Ansel in Kona and Snake Pass, add support for the mighty NVIDIA TITAN Xp, and are recommended for users installing the Windows 10 Creators Update.
The driver adds support for the Quake Champions beta, giving select users the opportunity to test the high-framerate shooter that applies a modern twist to Quake III Arena's classic, much-loved gameplay. If you've been selected to participate in the test Nvidia recommends users to "download the Game Ready drivers for the fastest and smoothest experience possible." If you haven't signed up, however, head to the official Quake Champions website to do so.

Update: And in-case you were wondering how these drivers apply to the Windows 10 Creators Update, in page 15 of the Release Notes (linked below) the following issue is mentioned:
- [367.77, WDDM 2.1] Driver install/overinstall requires a reboot.
In addition, the drivers have been updated to support the newer WDDM 2.2 driver model found in the Creators Update (Anniversary Update had WDDM 2.1). - Thanks yepp!
