Well those over at 3DWin (a German site) have got their hands on the "Sound Blaster Live Value Digital 1024 Driver for Win98SE, WinME, Win2000, and more noteably WinXP!!".
The Version number is: "5.12.01.3511". and its WHQL certified, dated: 13.09.2001.
