If you're already running spyware stopper you can just click your update button in the options panel. You should close as many non essential programs as you possibly can before updating. Certain programs may cause conflicts with obtaining a successful update.
Updates:
- New Start Technology to hopefully eliminate any slow start/abnormal starts.
- More Anti Spyware Definitions (1,540)
- Groundwork for new spyware detection, although not fully implemented this feature will detect new and unknown spyware in version 8.1.
