The Google Play Store is now offering 50% off any one movie rental

If you've been waiting to catch up on some classics or grudgingly watch some of this summer's blockbuster flops, right now might be an opportune time, as the Google Play Store is offering a heavy discount on a one time rental.

While its uncertain when this promotion started, Google is now offering 50% off one rental via its Play Store. The offer is valid until October 8, 2016, which will give you a few months to decide on what to rent. Naturally, there are a few restrictions, with one being that you cannot stack discounts and the other is that the offer is only valid for those in the US, CA, and AU.

In order to take advantage of the promotion, you'll want to log in to your Google account, head to the Google Play Store and navigate to the 'Movies & TV' section'. Once you select your title, you'll see the price of the rental in full, that will be discounted when you are checking out.
