Trillian 0.74 users can update their copies of Trillian to the newest Yahoo! and MSN protocols to remove the recent upgrade messages. You must be using 0.74 to use this patch. Trillian Pro 1.0 users can find patches in the Members area and 2.0 users are already up to date.
