Microsoft-Watch's Mary Jo Foley has the goods on what experts are concluding about Windows Vista. The good news -- Windows Vista has the goods to be a real marvel. The bad news, unless Beta 2 is a major improvement in stability, performance, and compatibility, Microsoft is going to have a hard time sticking to their release schedule.
Microsoft is expected to release Windows Vista BETA 2 this week at WinHec.
