eBay has nothing to say today on why many subscribers to its Manager Pro service are unable to access the service.
A statement on the website says:
We have received reports from members that some of your Selling Manager Pro subscriptions are no longer available in My eBay.A spokesman for eBay UK refused to comment further. Selling Manager Pro costs $15.99 a month. It makes relisting items easier and is mainly used by serious eBay sellers.
We are aware of this problem and are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible. Please do not resubscribe at this stage.We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to fix the issue.
